[v8i c#] Visual studio 2015 - Compatible .Net framework?

Hi,

Just wanting to confirm the .NET framework  version that i should be using for C# development?

Tried looking at the faq which had a pre-req version;

Prerequisites for Bentley Desktop Applications include:

Microsoft .NET Framework 4.5.1

LA solutions suggested 3.5;
