Looking for a VBA sample script to move all elements of a DGN by x,y,z (to the drawing origin) and then to rotate all elements by z

Dear all, 


I just start to evaluate the latest Connect Edition and new to VBA in Microstation 2023. Before converting the DGNs into an Echange Format I need the DGN in an well defined coordinate and alligned to the screen.

The VBA Examples I found so far in Bentley's VBA example code didn't work.  

So any simple example is welcome.
