Thanks for bringing that to our attention!

I found one example (adrwdemo) that includes BEGIN_VSTACK_LAYOUT, but it's commented out so we don't know whether it's a valid example or not.

I see the Layout Manager Engine documented in the MicroStationAPI help.  As with much of the MicroStationAPI, it's long on detail and short on examples, hints and tips.
