Activating a table in Connect VBA?

MicroStation Connect v10.16.00.80: 

I'm attempting to activate a table seed in VBA.  I've recorded the process of placing multiple tables and reviewed the resulting VBA code.  Unfortunately it only goes as far as: CadInputQueue.SendCommand "PLACE TABLE".  Does anyone know how to select\activate a specific table seed using VBA?
