Unable to generate the .ma file with native(C++) code on VS2015 for CONNECT (or CE) 10.14.2.1 and SDK 10.14.00.111

Hello Everyone.

We have recently generated the .ma file for the Microstation CE with the SDK on VS 2017, but are seeing the issues with VS 2015.

When we try to generate the .ma file, getting an error as shown below.

Please let us know if something is incorrect from our side.
