Customer is attempting to extract XAttribute data from a ProStructures DGN model. It doesn't seem to be EC Schema data, and he suspects that the data are XmlFragments. Is there a way to test whether an XAttribute contains XmlFragments, then extract an XmlFragment from an XAttribute?
