Just to be clear, I am using sdk update 5 and VS 2015

Overview about my inlcuded Headerfiles and the order they are included.

#include <Mstn\MdlApi\MdlApi.h>
#include <PointCloud\PointCloudApi.h>
#include <DgnPlatform\DgnPlatformApi.h>
#include <DgnPlatform\PointCloudClipHandler.h>
