I guess the only "real test" is to install Visual Studio 2015 and to try to compile your code.
After quick search I can see OrientedBoxCR declaration in PointCloudClipHandler.h, but I am not sure IPointCloudChannelVectorCR declaration.
But in my opinion to move to Update 5 (or to Update 6 comming at summer I hope) makes sense despite of particular reported issues are solved or not. My feeling from Update 5 is definitely good, there are plenty of both small and big changes and enhancements in all areas. Also a migration from Visual Studio 2013 to Visual Studio 2015 brings better compilers (for C++ it's about better support of newer C++ standards, for C# it's about Roslyn).
With regards,
Jan
