I think there are a couple of issues that I am seeing in here. One is the name starting with a number (as you pointed out) is a problem. Another seems to be that schema elements seem to not be found (TP_NOTE in this case I see it but the ODBC driver is having problems). We also had problems with the point3d causing faults. All in all we are not pleased with the ODBC driver and are trying to use the imodelSDK directly but that too has "issues". I am convinced the imodel is a good container just having some growing pains.
