Hi Richard,
what I see as the biggest problem is that you provide zero ifnofrmation and no facts. Usually it's much better to copy-past a snippet for configuration file or to share captured screen with e.g. opened dialog than to descrive it by words, because there is always a threat something will be lost in the translation ... especially when many from BE Communities members are not native English speaker (valid for me too ;-).

What is yellow text? Do you mean yellow pencil icon? Just click on it, choose a proper language (format) like "VB" or "Plain (Text)" and paste your code. That's all. What problem do you encounter? It's not possible to help when you wrote not sure only with any details.

Don't understand what you configuration is. Would you be so kind and to explain you configuration clearer?
If you want to have your .csf files in \projects\rjbp\cell\ folder and your pcf file is standard one created by MicroStation, you don't have to change anything in your configuration, because the variable MS_CELLSELECTORDIR is defined as
MS_CELLSELECTORDIR = $(_USTN_PROJECTDATA)cell/
by default in pcf file, so it points to the cell folder automatically. But because because you have not shared you pcf file, it's hard to guess if it's correct asumption or not.

It's not possible to help you if you have not told us what key-in do you use :-( Why do you not post it or is it possible to attach a screen capture?
Do you use exactly the key-in format I mentioned in my first answer? [cellsel] cellsel file open <csf file name>
?

There is the description how to do it available in BE Communities guidelines.
With regards,
