RE: [Connect C#] DgnEcInstance.GetPropertyValue with Spaces

I am having a similar issue in V8i,
string "G:\Eagle_P3_LaserScan\CRMF_East_Rails\TopoDOT_Images\FL_20160312(14)\00506.jpg" is getting modified to
"G:\Eagle_P3_LaserScan\CRMF_East_Rails\TopoDOT_Images\FL_20160312(14)06.jpg" when passing to the TagElement.Value
I am not aware of any similar method like EncodeToValidName.

Any help with this one?
