What is the value of uiLevel?

uiLevel is 4

What is the value of displayColor?

0

Is pDgnModelRef valid?

Yes

If you get its level name, is that valid?

Yes
This could take a while.
Terse answers may, or may not, lead us slowly to an answer. When I ask a question such as "Is the level name valid?",
what I'm asking for is not if the function returned SUCCESS, but whether the function has returned a level name, and it's the level name you were expecting.
A DgnModelRefP might be valid (i.e. non-NULL), but is it equivalent to the model that you are evaluating?
