Use GetAccessStrings method to get a list of all access strings available for the current property handler. AcessString is not what is displayed, it can be very different (but often it's similar or even the same).

Why do you ask for second for the same thing, when it's clear (at least from VBA help) that there is no support (classes) for multilines in VBA API?

In my opinion it was answered enough and without any DGN file example and code snippet from your side it's not possible to investigate the problem further. If the property handler does not offer a functionality you need, you probably have to use VBA wrappers available for the most of MDL functions. But I am not sure with what MDL function you should start (there are plenty of them working with multi-lines).
