Create Text element with text and Data fields

Been searching the forums and can't find anything.

I know how to create text elements and give it a string for text.

I know how to create text elements and add data fields to it.

but if I want to create a text element with both text and data fields who do I do that?

Say for example I want to create a text element like this FOR DETAILS SEE PAGE __ and __.

the __ would be data fields.

I'm building the text element and I'm struggling with how to get text then data field then text after that.

Can anyone point me in the right direction?
