I see no logic in such sentence and in my opinion there is a misunderstanding how defect reporting can be done in an efficient way.
It required about a minute to find e.g. this discussion and it seems it's about the same problem. From the discussion it's clear defect was recorder already and it has own number. Using it, it can be discussed with Artur if your problem is the same as the discussed one and what is a status of a solution. But if you are not interested in obtaining up-to-date information...
