[CONNECT C++] DependencyManagerLinkage::IRootsChangedCallback Documentation Question: ElementHandle::FdinById()

In the help file page on DependencyManagerLinkage::IRootsChangedCallback there is the following:

"Note: Since multiple callbacks may be made on the same element and each callback may modify and rewrite the element, possibly moving it, each callback must use ElementHandle::FdinById to read the element from its element ID to get the current version."

Is "FdinById" a typo, or something that has not been exposed?
