difficulties about recording macro in design files (not all commands can be recording?)

Excuse me, there are some difficulties when Im recording macros in "design files-change work unit".

When I changed format, the macro could be recorded and running successfully.

When I customed MU and SU,  the macro could be recorded but cannot run to get results as I did by hand movement.

Isnt all commands can be recording?
