RE: Run Microstation macro from Excel

Question :-

1. What is a 'non-intelligent MicroStation DGN file'? 
2. What characteristic would an 'intelligent MicroStation DGN file' have?
3. What format are those DGN files: MicroStation V7 or V8?

Answer :-

1.  intelligent files means those dgn file which contains title block along with tagsets.
2. Non intelligent that means file do not have any smart title block or tagsets. everything is just in Graphical form along with texts. 
3. Output files are in V8. 

1. Attchment-1 is Dgn file which is output of Smart Plant Isometric Software. what i want is i want macro (either in Excel or microstation ) that can just select all content of Dgn file > copy > and Paste it to the Excel and not only to 1 file but to the all files which i have kept at one folder.

means Data of 1st dgn in first raw then data of 2nd dgn in 2nd row and so on in excel.

2. attachment -2 is excel that is showing all data pasted from attchement 1 dgn file.
