Hi Robert,
Anyway, it's very similar to C and the compiler converts the ".mc" files in ".mo" while the linker creates the ".ma" files.
So they are pseudocode applications. I am not sure if there is some different between pseudocode and native code in terms of how GUI is created, but as Jon wrote, pseudocode MDL was designed without any idea of virtualization.
You should be aware that you are using technology (pseudocode MDL) that was announced to be deprecated long time ago and it has been recommended to migrate all such code to native code from about V8 2004 Edition (or even from 8.0, I am not sure). Pseudocode MDL are not supported in CONNECT Edition.
Do you mean that the access by means of the Remote Desktop is not supported????
As Jon wrote, some environments are supported officialy by Bentley and some others not.
I guess it's more question for Microsoft support how to configure remote access in such way everything is displayed correctly.
I don't know web remote access in detail, but is there any difference if you use e.g. desktop client instead of web?
With regards,
Jan
